That’s Lame team Joanna Thurman-Baker and Evelina Shrieve return with their BD Youth collaboration podcast, and this month's topic is competing.

Young riders can take part in BD Youth competition from the age of 6 and stay in the system until 25. There's so much to get involved in from regional team competitions to international championships.
